During the works
WeeklyCFIA: Inspección, 3%, or dirección técnica, 5%
At least one visit every seven days, and more at the moments that matter: foundations, each concrete pour, the roof, the installations before they are closed 1.
You receive
- An entry in the site logbook after each visit
- A written report with photos after each visit
- Materials approved before they are installed
- Each payment checked against the work done
- Changes priced and recorded before they are built

Handover
The last weeksWe walk the works with the builder, list what is missing or wrong, and receive the works when it is done.
You receive
- A punch list
- The final reception of the works
(Fees)
Supervision is paid on the final cost of the works, extras included: at least 3% for inspection, when the builder provides the professional responsible for the works, and 5% for technical direction, when that responsibility is ours 2. Helping you choose the builder costs at least 0.5% of the contract. The law asks every owner to hire one of the two arrangements 1, and professional services carry 13% VAT 3.

After each visit you receive a written report with photos: what was done, what was checked, what was approved and what needs a decision from you.
Do you help choose the builder?
